Kyle is a double Hokie, earning a bachelor's degree in Sports Media and Analytics in 2024 and a master's degree in Communication in 2026. Now a full-time member of the Rec Sports Staff, Kyle manages War Memorial Hall.
Outside of Rec Sports, Kyle is a play-by-play broadcaster specializing in hockey and baseball, with additional experience calling softball and esports. Two favorite career moments include making his ESPN+ debut on his birthday for the Virginia Tech vs. Georgia game in Charlotte and filling in for three games with the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs of the SPHL last spring.
